Our beautiful and natural cowhide rugs are very easy to maintain. These rugs simply do not hold dust and dirt as other normal carpets and woven rugs do. All it requires is a frequent shake or vacuum, just being sure to clean it in the direction of the hairs. In the case of a spill, simply apply light pressure with a clean towel to soak up liquid and apply warm, soapy liquid to the affected area. 

We are committed to keep these rugs as natural as possible, there could be some natural skin marks, holes or minor scars at the back of the hide which occurs during skin removing process.  However, these minor marks do not affect the appearance of the rug.
